There is no minimum order quantity or minimum order value for wholesale or bulk orders.

Payment for orders is accepted on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. For COD orders, an advance payment of 10% of the total order value is required before dispatch, for both retail and wholesale orders, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

In certain cases, a customer may arrange to make full payment directly with us online (for example, via UPI or bank transfer) outside the standard COD checkout process.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped and delivered in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We currently ship orders within India only.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, replacements, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
